You can hire us to play during the ceremony, cocktails, reception, or the entire event. 2 – 3 of our musicians will entertain you over a 4-6 hour period.

The Ceremony

Whether you want a song for the entrance, signing of the register, or exit, we literally got you covered. We can play anything, from traditional music to modern ballads. The best part is that we can work with you to ensure you find “your song.”

Cocktail Hour

As guests mingle and get to know each other while celebrating your union, we will fill the space with the perfect cocktail hour music. That usually means classic/modern instrumental music, big band/jazz music, or something modern and upbeat.

How Booking Us For a Wedding Works

We are ready to give you all the information you need to decide that UGO is the right party band for you. We have played at weddings for people from different backgrounds, and love to see people from all walks of life get hitched to the perfect soundtrack to punctuate the occasion.

Here’s what the typical booking process looks like:

You call us to discuss the details of what you want to be included in your wedding package.
We send you a contract.
You sign the contract and make a deposit to reserve the date.
90 – 120 days before the Big Day, we’ll send you a worksheet of everything included in our performance, as well as 20 – 35 songs to choose from.
